Matthew Lotze founder of several corporations

Matthew Lotze is a San Diego, CA based entrepreneur and philanthropist. He is highly respected professional who has founded seven companies advised over 40 companies and corporations regarding business management, legal matters, and structuring. In addition, he has an expertise in employee management, corporate streamlining, corporate organization, legal audits, business start up, risk management, franchising, legal auditing to analyze loss exposure in a company's infrastructure, contract negotiations, loan modification negotiations, loss mitigation, and contract review.

In Lotze's career he formed 7 different companies from the ground up with over 25 million in sales and fifty million and assets. Self-made and highly motivated possessing concrete, practical, and working knowledge of every company he has ever founded. Lotze also trained a team of managers that went on to found their own companies or become top executives of Fortune 500 companies with over 50,000 employees. He is also an expert in managing H/R, legal, operational, compliance, and start up issues.

Matthew Lotze has founded and run as the CEO some of the most reputed companies, that include Real Estate Developers, Inc., Real Outlets Stores, LLC, LiquidationsRus, Inc., Cheezy Pizza Company, Inc., Nations Best Franchise, Inc., American Marketing Company, Inc., and American Fundraisers, Inc. He has served at a major law firm, and also establishment a chain of retail stores with $25 million annual sales. Besides this, he also owned and administrated a complete chain of 6 Pizza restaurants.

He built a non-traditional MBA internship program in 1998, which placed around 30 MBA students each year from 15 universities on a 3 months extensive internship that stressed real life practical business running knowledge. He has developed new programs involving 20 -30 managers and trainers. Apart from this, Matthew Lotze has also trained individuals from most recognized universities under this program. He has prepared the structure of the program that includes selling skills, retail markets, and technical business modules.

Lotze is a philanthropic person who has contributed to an array of organizations, such as Soroptimist International, Special Olympics, Old Miners Association of Big Bear Lake, Big Bear Youth Soccer League, California State Parks, Habitat for Humanity, American Cancer Society, Rotary International, Girl Scouts and Boys Scouts of America, San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department, etc.   

Lotze is currently purchasing and developing real estate throughout the western United States.
